Program

FDOT Physicals Appointment Texts. FDOT Physicals (operated by Chiromedix Clinics of South Florida) sends text messages to customers who call our business line or book a DOT physical with us. Messages include replies to missed calls, appointment confirmations and reminders, and answers to questions about scheduling, location, hours, and what to bring. We do not send marketing messages, and our texts never contain medical information or exam results.

How you opt in

By phone (verbal opt-in): Customers book DOT physicals by calling our business line at 954-367-9124. When booking, we ask for the customer's mobile number and read this statement before they agree:

"We'll text you appointment confirmations and reminders from FDOT Physicals. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Is it OK to text you at this number?"

We only send appointment texts if the customer says yes.

Missed calls: If you call our business line at 954-367-9124 and we miss your call, we may send one text reply offering to schedule or call you back. We send no further messages unless you reply.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversations with us. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
